Driver alleges motorist followed too closely in St. Louis crash

ST. LOUIS – A driver alleges he was injured in a rear-end collision in St. Louis.

Ezekiel Johnson filed a complaint on July 25 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Ralph Cato alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on May 19, 2017, he was injured when defendant struck the rear of his vehicle on Natural Bridge Road in St. Louis. He alleges he suffered severe and permanent injuries to his head, neck and back. 

The plaintiff holds Cato responsible because the defendant allegedly followed his vehicle too closely and failed to use evasive maneuvers to avoid a collision.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount of more than $25,000, plus costs and all other relief that is just and appropriate. He is represented by Ray B. Marglous and Robert S. Merlin of Ray B. Marglous PC in St. Louis.
