ST. LOUIS – A woman alleges she was injured when a St. Charles driver collided with her vehicle near an intersection.

Christine Sydnor filed a complaint on July 24 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Emily Flowers alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Nov. 9, 2017, she was traveling north on Jungerman onto Mexico when the defendant collided with her vehicle. She alleges she suffered injuries to her right shoulder, back and all of the bones, muscles and tendons as a result of the collision.

The plaintiff holds Flowers responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to keep proper lookout and drover at an excessive rate of speed.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in a sum that is fair and reasonable, plus costs. She is represented by Joseph K. Robbins of The Robbins Law Firm in St. Louis.
