ST. LOUIS – A man alleges he was injured in a collision at a St. Louis intersection because another driver violated a red light.

Hazim Skuljic filed a complaint on Aug. 1 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Raho Ahmed alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges on Feb. 16, he was injured when his vehicle was struck by defendant's vehicle on Gravois Avenue in St. Louis. He alleges he suffered injuries to his head, neck, back, chest, left arm and left hand as a result of the collision.

The plaintiff holds Ahmed responsible because the defendant allegedly violated the traffic signal, failed to keep a proper lookout and failed to use evasive maneuvers to avoid a collision.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant for more than $25,000, plus costs, interest and all other relief that are proper and just. He is represented by Joseph D. Klenofsky of The Klenofsky Law Firm LLC in St. Louis.
