Brydie Construction and Home Building alleges it is owed more than $35,000 for work

ST. LOUIS – A subcontractor alleges it is still owed for work performed on a St. Louis property.

Brydie Construction and Home Building LLC filed a complaint on July 31 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Charless Home Developers LLC, Roanoke Construction Inc., et al. alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that the plaintiff provided certain work, labor and materials for defendant Roanoke's project located at 4431 S. Broadway, St. Louis. It alleges Roanoke failed to pay it the remaining balance of $25,271.02. 

The suit states Charless is the owner of the South Broadway property

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants, jointly and severally, in the amount of $25,271.02, with interest, costs, attorney's fees and all other relief that is just and proper. It is represented by Joseph C. Blanner and Anthony Hafner of McCarthy, Leonard & Kaemmerer LC in Town & Country.
