ST. LOUIS – A pedestrian alleges an uneven sidewalk outside the Enterprise Center caused her to fall and injure her head.

Susan Roth filed a complaint on Aug. 13 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against St. Louis and St. Louis Blues Hockey Club LP alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Nov. 25, 2017, she was walking on the sidewalk exiting a Blues hockey game and fell due to uneven slabs of concrete outside of the Enterprise Center on Clark Avenue. She alleges she sustained serious and permanent injuries to her right hand, right wrist, forearm and head as a result of the fall.

The plaintiff holds the city of St. Louis and St. Louis Blues Hockey Club LP responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to remove the uneven pavement and/or failed to barricade or warn of the area.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in a fair and reasonable amount of more than $25,000, plus costs and all other relief that are appropriate. She is represented by Robert H. Pedroli Jr. of Pedroli & Gauthier LLC in Clayton.
