ST. LOUIS – Two St. Louis residents allege they were injured in a collision caused by another driver who was operating her vehicle at an excessive rate of speed.

Jeremiah Taylor and Joshua Taylor filed a complaint on Aug. 22 in the St. Louis 22nd Judicial Circuit Court against Holly Wilson alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Dec. 16, 2016, the parties were involved in a motor vehicle collision due to the carelessness of defendant. The plaintiffs allege they suffered injuries to their heads, necks, spines and backs as a result of the collision.

The plaintiff holds Wilson responsible because the defendant allegedly drove her vehicle at an excessive speed, failed to keep a proper lookout and failed to stop, swerve or slacken speed to avoid a collision.

The plaintiffs seek judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $25,000, with interest, costs and all other relief as the court may deem just and proper. They are represented by Julia M. Kerr of The Bradley Law Firm in St. Louis.
