ST. LOUIS – A motorist alleges he was injured when his vehicle was struck from the side at a St. Louis intersection.

Ralph Mars filed a complaint on Aug. 22 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Margaret Taylor alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 14, 2017, he was injured in an auto collision when defendant caused her vehicle to collide with his vehicle on McCausland at Southwest in St. Louis. He alleges he suffered injuries to his neck, back, left shoulder, left hip and left thigh as a result of the collision.

The plaintiff holds Taylor responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to yield right of way, failed to keep a vigilant lookout and carelessly changed lanes when it was not safe to do so.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in amount of more than $25,000, plus costs and all other relief that are fair and reasonable. He is represented by Christopher Hoffman of The Hoffman Law Firm LLC in St. Louis.
