ST. LOUIS – A vehicle owner and two individuals are seeking damages from a St. Louis woman over a collision in the city.

Regina Bell, Eugene Bell and Sheila Williams filed a complaint on Aug. 24 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Elizabeth Kalavsky, also known as Elizabeth Hall, alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on Oct. 4, 2014, Regina Bell and Williams were in a vehicle owned by Eugene Bell when the defendant struck their vehicle on Jefferson Avenue at its intersection with the westbound entrance ramp to Interstate 44 in St. Louis. Regina Bell and Williams allege they suffered injuries to various parts of their bodies while Eugene Bell suffered total loss of his vehicle in the amount of $4,000 as a result of the collision.

The plaintiffs hold Kalavsky responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to keep a proper lookout and failed to yield to the right of way.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek judgment in their favor in a fair and reasonable amount, plus costs. They are represented by Christopher J. M. Stokes of The Law Office of Christopher Stokes in St. Louis.
