Senior Counsel Stephen Limbaugh Sr. has been recognized with a 2018 Spirit of Justice Award from the St. Louis Bar Foundation. The awards recognize lawyers, nonlawyers and programs that have demonstrated accomplishment, leadership and integrity in fostering and maintaining the rule of law, and in facilitating and promoting improvement of the administration of justice.
During his distinguished legal career, Limbaugh has presided over, ruled on and been involved in virtually every aspect of federal law and issues associated with complex business litigation, including antitrust, class action, intellectual property, personal injury, product liability and securities matters. He provides strategic counseling to clients throughout the United States in trial strategy, case assessment, advice regarding jury selection and assessing the value of cases.
Limbaugh also serves as a mentor to the firm’s associates, overseeing preparation of negotiation strategies and trial techniques.
He will be featured in the September 2018 issue of St. Louis Lawyer magazine and honored at a formal gala in October.
