ST. LOUIS – A man alleges he was injured while walking on the steps of a St. Louis building because of a slippery liquid.

Richard Harrison filed a complaint on Aug. 31 in the St. Louis 22nd Judicial Circuit Court against St. Louis BOA Plaza LP, et al. alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 3, 2013, he was at the Bank of America Plaza premises and descending a flight of stairs when he slipped in a liquid and was caused to fall.

The plaintiff holds St. Louis BOA Plaza LP, et al. responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to properly inspect the area where plaintiff slipped and fell and failed to exercise ordinary care to clean or warn plaintiff of the slippery liquid.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in a fair and reasonable amount between $25,000 and $75,000, plus costs and all further relief that may be proper and just. He is represented by Kyle Kleefus of Law Offices of Derald L. Gab PC in St. Louis.
