Vernon L. Goedecke Co. alleges Blu Rock Concrete owes more than $100,000

ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis company alleges that a Kansas company has failed to pay for goods it delivered.

Vernon L. Goedecke Co. Inc. filed a complaint on Sept. 12 in the St. Louis 22nd Judicial Circuit Court against Blu Rock Concrete LLC alleging failure to pay.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that beginning in March to the present and upon defendant's request, it sold and delivered goods to the defendant in the sum of $104,869.23. The plaintiff alleges the said amount remains due and unpaid.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant for the sum of $104,869.23, with interest, attorney's fees, costs and all other relief that are just and proper. It is represented by Britton L. St. Onge of Polsinelli PC in St. Louis.
