Thousands sought from St. Louis woman over alleged collision damages

ST. LOUIS – Two individuals are seeking thousands from a St. Louis resident over a collision that occurred in 2017.

Ronald Bevly Jr. and Robert Wade filed a complaint on Sept. 12 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Kiesha Williams alleging property damage and personal injury.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on Nov. 10, 2017, they were involved in an auto collision when the defendant caused her vehicle to collide with their vehicle on North Kingshighway in St. Louis. The suit states Bevly Jr. sustained personal injuries and property damage in the sum of $22,581 and Wade sustained personal injuries and damages in the sum of $10,500. 

The plaintiffs hold Williams responsible because the defendant allegedly negligently failed to keep proper control of her vehicle.

The plaintiffs seek judgment against the defendant in the amount of $22,581 for plaintiff Bevly Jr.'s damages as well as $10,500 for plaintiff Wade's damages, with costs and all further relief that are proper and just.
