Driver alleged to have failed to keep proper lookout in Gravois Avenue collision

ST. LOUIS – A man alleges his neck, head and other parts of his body were injured when his vehicle was struck while traveling in St. Louis.

Jerry M. Hudson-Keys filed a complaint on Sept. 14 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Kimberly L. Evans alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 15, he was driving his vehicle on Gravois Avenue in St. Louis when defendant negligently caused her vehicle to violently collide with his. He alleges he suffered serious and permanent injuries to his neck, head, back, arms and legs as a result of the collision. 

The plaintiff holds Evans responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to keep a proper lookout, negligently attempted to make an improper turn and failed to act reasonably to avoid a collision.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant for an amount of more than $25,000, plus costs. He is represented by William E. Sorrell of Sorrell & Traube in St. Louis.
