ST. LOUIS – A woman alleges she suffered injuries to her head and neck because of a collision at a St. Louis intersection.

Hasima Kuburic filed a complaint Sept. 1 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Hajro Velic alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Nov. 3, 2017, she was driving her vehicle traveling northbound on Morganford Road approaching its intersection with Carondelet with a green light when defendant struck the front passenger side of her vehicle. She alleges she sustained injuries to her head, neck, back, arms, shoulders and other parts of the body as a result of the accident.

The plaintiff holds Velic responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to keep a proper lookout, failed to yield to oncoming traffic and negligently drove at an excessive rate of speed.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant of more than $25,000, plus costs and all other relief that may deem meet and proper. She is represented by Frank J. Niesen III in St. Louis.
