ST. LOUIS – A clinical laboratory alleges it is owed more than $30,000 for its services.
Laboratory Corp. of America filed a complaint on Sept. 14 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Urban Labs and Community Services alleging failure to pay.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in 2017, it provided goods and services to defendant on credit. After all offsets and credits, the balance of $37,301.35 allegedly remains due and owing.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $37,301.35, plus costs of this action. It is represented by Christopher K. Raghebi of Kramer & Frank PC in St. Louis.
