ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis man is alleged to have improperly passed a vehicle and cause a collision on a St. Louis interstate.

D'Onnaca L. Wilson filed a complaint in the St. Louis 22nd Judicial Circuit Court on Sept. 14 against Tony L. McConnell alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 28, she was traveling west on the entry ramp to Interstate 70 from Bircher Road in St. Louis when the defendant attempted to pass her on the right side and swiped the passenger side of her vehicle. She alleges she suffered physical injuries and was compelled to seek medical treatment and incur medical expenses as a result of the accident.

The plaintiff holds McConnell responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to keep a proper lookout and improperly passed her vehicle.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant in an amount greater than $25,000, plus costs and all other relief deemed necessary and proper. She is represented by Christopher K. Geldmacher of Sauter Sullivan LLC in St. Louis.
