Woman seeks more than $27,000 from driver over alleged property damages, injuries

ST. LOUIS – A driver alleges a Florissant man's negligence caused more than $20,000 worth of damage to her vehicle.

Elisabeth Greenberg filed a complaint on Sept. 18 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Scott Marx alleging property damage and personal injury.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 31, 2016, she was driving on Forest Park Avenue when the defendant caused his vehicle to strike and collide with hers. She alleges she suffered personal injuries and damages in a sum of $6,800 and the vehicle was damaged and depreciated in the amount of $21,095.50. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant in the sum of $27,895.50, plus costs and all other relief that are proper and just. She is represented by Mark G. McMahon and Michael B Hill of Law Offices of Mark G. McMahon in Clayton.
