ST. LOUIS – A driver alleges she was injured when another motorist made an improper left turn in St. Louis.

Destiny Crape filed a complaint on Sept. 24 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Oriel Tatum alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on June 14, she was traveling east on Page Boulevard at or near its intersection with Goodfellow Boulevard in St. Louis when the defendant, who was coming from the opposite direction, attempted to turn left onto Goodfellow Boulevard and collided with her vehicle. She alleges she sustained injuries to her head, neck, back and other parts of the body as a result.

The plaintiff holds Tatum responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to operate her vehicle in a careful and prudent manner, failed to signal her intention to turn and failed to yield.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant in a fair and reasonable amount of more than $25,000, plus costs and all other relief deemed just under the circumstances. She is represented by Nolan Drafahl of Drafahl Law Firm in St. Louis.
