ST. LOUIS – A woman alleges her head, neck and back were injured in a collision in St. Louis caused by another driver who ignored a stop sign.

Lauren Johnson filed a complaint on Sept. 24 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Charnell Stevenson alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on June 9, 2017, she was traveling south on Montclair Avenue at or near its intersection with Page Avenue in St. Louis when the defendant, who was traveling on Page Avenue, failed to stop at a stop sign and struck her vehicle. She alleges she suffered injuries to her head, neck, back and shoulders as a result of the collision.

The plaintiff holds Stevenson responsible because the defendant allegedly carelessly failed to maintain control of her vehicle, failed to keep proper lookout and failed to yield to the right of way.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant in an amount of more than $25,000, plus interest, costs, attorney's fees and all other relief deemed just and proper. She is represented by William King Holland of Holland Injury Law LLC in Clayton.
