ST. LOUIS – A lender alleges two individuals failed to repay two loans in full.

Stanley Johnson filed a complaint on Sept. 21 in the St. Louis 22nd Judicial Circuit Court against Anthony E. Garwood and Juana D. Robinson-Noldon alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on June 10, 2015, and Nov. 9, 2015, he entered into a promissory note with the defendants with the principal amount totaling $16,500. After receiving partial payment of $6,832, the balance allegedly remains due and owing.

The plaintiff seeks judgment that defendants pay the principal sum of $16,500, plus $500 in late fees, that the $6,832 be deducted for the sums due and owing, with interest, attorney's fees and costs. He is represented by Robert Parson Jr. of Robert Parson Jr. LLC in Clayton.
