ST. LOUIS – A driver is alleged to have made an improper left turn and caused a collision in St. Louis.

Ottie Brown filed a complaint on Oct. 2 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Preston Moore alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Jan. 27, 2017, she suffered injuries to her head, neck, back and lower extremities when the defendant caused his vehicle to crash into her vehicle on Lafayette Avenue near its intersection with Michigan Avenue in St. Louis.

The plaintiff holds Moore responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to keep a proper lookout, failed to yield to the right of way and negligently made an improper left turn when it was not safe to do so.

The plaintiff seeks judgment in her favor in an amount of more than $25,000, costs and all other relief that is just and proper. She is represented by Justin D. Guerra of Holloran Schwartz & Gaertner LLP in St. Louis.
