ST. LOUIS – A Chesterfield man alleges he was injured in two separate collisions in St. Louis caused by the negligence of two drivers.

Daniel W. Murphy filed a complaint on Oct. 10 in the St. Louis 22nd Judicial Circuit Court against Evan W. Miller and Ronald F. Hail alleging negligent driving.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on two occasions on Oct. 29, 2013, and June 5, 2015, plaintiff was involved in automobile collisions due to the negligence of defendants in St. Louis. He alleges he suffered injuries resulting in pain and suffering and medical expenses.

The plaintiff holds Miller and Hail responsible because the defendants allegedly negligently drove their vehicles at an excessive speed, failed to keep proper a lookout and failed to yield to the right of way.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against each defendant in an amount that is fair and reasonable, plus costs and expenses and all other relief that is proper and just. He is represented by Thomas P. Wall II of Nicholas, Perot, Smith, Koehler & Wall PC in Fulton.
