ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis man is seeking damages from three individuals over allegations they failed to yield and collided with his vehicle.

David P. Wellman filed a complaint on Oct. 7 in the St. Louis 22nd Judicial Circuit Court against Angela Walston, Robert Walston and John Doe alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Oct. 11, 2013, he was involved in an automobile collision at or near the intersection of Hampton Avenue and Crescent Street in St. Louis when the defendants negligently caused their vehicles to collide with the rear of his automobile. He alleges he sustained injuries to his head, neck and back as a result of the collision.

The plaintiff holds Angela Walston, Robert Walston and John Doe responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to keep a proper lookout, failed to yield to the right of way and negligently drove their vehicles at an excessive rate of speed.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount greater than $25,000, with interest, attorney's fees and costs and all other relief that is just and proper under the circumstances. He is represented by Daniel J. Nolan of Hollingshead & Dudley in St. Louis.
