Armstrong Teasdale issued the following announcement on Oct. 15.
Armstrong Teasdale, a law firm with offices across the United States, proudly announces the addition of Robert J. Estep and Abby Zeller to its St. Louis office. Estep joins the firm as an associate in the Corporate Services practice group and Zeller joins as an associate in the Intellectual Property practice group.
Estep advises clients on general corporate law, primarily in the health care and life sciences industries. In his practice, he counsels clients in response to legal and business challenges and opportunities in the rapidly evolving U.S. health care system.
As a former assistant attorney general, Estep has significant experience prosecuting matters in Missouri Circuit Courts involving health care providers, including physicians, dentists, hospitals, nursing homes, pharmacists and personal care providers.

In addition, Estep has past experience litigating cases related to financial services and workers’ compensation, among other areas.
He is admitted to practice law in Missouri.
attorney Abby ZellerZeller focuses on intellectual property prosecution and enforcement. She has extensive experience managing and enforcing global trademark and copyright portfolios for clients across industries; evaluating trademark searches and counseling clients on potential risk; and drafting reports, opinions and responses to U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) office actions.
Zeller has also represented clients in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) at the USPTO.
Her background in the fashion and design industry lends well to her counsel of both Fortune 500 and startup brands navigating trademark law. Her experience also extends to advising nonprofits.
Prior to joining the firm, Zeller was an associate attorney at a Boston-area law firm. Before that, she held a number of clerkships and intern/extern positions with East Coast law firms, the TTAB at the USPTO, as well as for Calvin Klein in New York City.
