Car accident 12

ST. LOUIS — A motorist is suing Darin Anderson, citing alleged negligence, after suffering injuries in a car accident.

Diane Kruszynski filed a complaint on Oct. 12, in the St. Louis Circuit Court, against Darin Anderson alleging that the driver negligently failed to obey traffic lights.

The plaintiff alleges that on Aug. 23, she was involved in an automobile collision when her vehicle was struck by defendant's car at or near the intersection of Lindell Boulevard and Kingshighway Boulevard.

The plaintiff holds Darin Anderson responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to keep proper lookout, failed to yield right of way and operated the vehicle at an excessive speed.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant in a fair and reasonable amount, costs and all other relief that are just and proper. She is represented by Gary A. Growe of Growe Eisen Karlen Eilerts in St. Louis.
