ST. LOUIS — Yusef Brown filed a complaint on Oct. 15, in the St. Louis Circuit Court, against Stephanie Bradtke, alleging that she negligently drove her vehicle on the wrong side of the road.

The plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 8, 2017, he was traveling north on Kingshighway, approaching the intersection with Martin Luther King when his vehicle was struck by the vehicle driven by Bradtke.

He allegedly injured his neck, back, arm and elbow.

The plaintiff holds Bradtke responsible because the defendant allegedly negligently drove her vehicle while distracted, without keeping proper lookout and without yielding right of way.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant in an amount in excess of the jurisdictional limits of the court and all other relief that is just and proper.

He is represented by Lorenzo Hester of Attorney Lorenzo Hester in St. Louis.
