ST. LOUIS – A woman is alleged to have caused a collision in St. Louis because she was driving on the wrong side of the road.

Gary Henderson and Angela Sandford filed a complaint on Oct. 19 in the St. Louis 22nd Judicial Circuit Court against Christine Guest alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on Nov. 3, 2017, they were involved in a motor vehicle collision when the defendant ran into the front of their vehicle on Natural Bridge Road in St. Louis. They allege they suffered injuries and incurred medical expenses of more than $10,000 and a total loss of the vehicle.

The plaintiffs hold Guest responsible because the defendant allegedly negligently drove on the wrong side of the road and was using her cellphone at the time of the collision.

The plaintiffs seek judgment in their favor in a fair and reasonable amount of more than $25,000 for each of them, costs, interest and all other relief that is just and proper. They are represented by Matthew J. Sauter of Sauter Sullivan LLC in St. Louis.
