Car accident 38

ST. LOUIS – Three individuals allege they sustained injuries in a St. Louis collision caused by a motorist driving with a suspended license.

John and Tonya Page and Christopher Wright filed a complaint on Nov. 2 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Roger Holmes Jr. and Ashley Robinson alleging property damage and personal injury.

According to the complaint, on Dec. 6, 2016, the plaintiffs' auto was on North Taylor in St. Louis when Holmes, who was driving a vehicle owned by Robinson, collided with the plaintiffs' vehicle. The suit states the plaintiffs sustained personal injuries and damages in the sum of $120,000. They also allege they incurred additional damages to their vehicle in the amount of $7,214.37 and for the loss of use in the amount of $420.

The plaintiffs hold Holmes Jr. and Robinson responsible because defendant Holmes carelessly and negligently caused the vehicle he was driving to strike and collide with plaintiffs' vehicle and drove while his license was suspended.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek judgment against defendants, jointly and severally, plus costs and all other relief that is proper and just. They are represented by Mark G. McMahon and Michael B. Hill of Law Offices of Mark G. McMahon in Clayton.
