Paule, Camazine & Blumenthal Elder Law attorney Debra Schuster has been appointed for the second consecutive year as Vice-Chair of the Missouri Bar Association Elder Law Section for 2018-2019.
The Missouri Bar Elder law section works to improve the quality of life of elderly and disabled individuals through community education and representation by its members regarding Medicare, Medicaid, Veterans’ benefits, long-term disability financial exploitation, planning for incapacity and other benefit and care issues facing these groups. Ms. Schuster was also appointed as a member of the board of the Gateway End of Life Coalition, a non-profit organization that promotes and educates the public and families about quality end of life care.
