ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis woman alleges she was injured in a crash in the city caused by an unlicensed driver.

Jocelyn Parker filed a complaint on Oct. 31 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Vincent Wilkes and Rashaun Boxley alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Oct. 12, 2017, Wilkes rear-ended her vehicle while she was stopped for a red light at the intersection of Morganford Road and Bates Street in St. Louis. She alleges she sustained injuries to her neck and has incurred medical expenses. The suit states Wilkes was operating a vehicle owned by Boxley at the time of the collision.

The plaintiff holds Wilkes and Boxley responsible because defendant Wilkes failed to keep a proper lookout and Boxley alleged trusted his vehicle to an unlicensed driver.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants for damages of more than $25,000, costs, interest and all other relief deemed necessary. She is represented by Kurt Wolfgram of Wolfgram & Associates PC in St. Louis.
