Driver alleged to have failed to keep lookout in St. Louis collision

ST. LOUIS – A motorist alleges he was injured when a Bridgeton resident rear-ended his vehicle in St. Louis.

Brian Henry filed a complaint on Oct. 31 in the St. Louis 22nd Judicial Circuit Court against Caterina Fedyk alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 7, he was injured when defendant caused her vehicle to collide with the rear of his vehicle on North Kingshighway in St. Louis. He alleges he suffered damages of more than $25,000 as a result of the collision. 

The plaintiff holds Fedyk responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to keep a proper lookout and failed to stop, swerve or slacken speed to avoid colliding with his vehicle.

The plaintiff seeks judgment in his favor for a sum greater than $25,000, costs and all other relief that is just and proper. He is represented by Kyle Kleefus of Law Offices of Derald L. Gab PC in St. Louis.
