ST. LOUIS – A driver alleges she was injured when a taxi cab driver rear-ended her vehicle in St. Louis.

Michelle Latimore filed a complaint on Nov. 6 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against St. Louis County Cab Co. alleging personal injury.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in Nov. 18, 2013, she was injured in a motor vehicle collision when defendant's taxi cab rear-ended her vehicle at or near the intersection of Sarah Avenue and Laclede in St. Louis. She alleges she suffered injuries to her head, cervical spine, lumbar spine, legs, torso, neck and arms and incurred medical expenses of approximately $1,000.

The plaintiff holds St. Louis County Cab Co. responsible because the defendant's driver negligently traveled at an excessive speed and failed to keep a proper lookout.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant of more than $25,000, costs, interest and all other relief that is just and proper. She is represented by William K. Meehan of Meehan Law Firm in University City.
