Car accident 13

ST. LOUIS — A passenger is suing Keith Carbin and Terry Forbuss Jr., citing alleged negligence after a car accident.

Christopher Young filed a complaint on Oct. 30, in the St. Louis Circuit Court, alleging that they failed to drive their vehicles in a careful and prudent manner.

The plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 6, 2017, he was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Carbin when the vehicle collided with defendant Forbuss' vehicle. He suffered serious and permanent injuries to his head and spine, according to court documents. He claims to have incurred medical bills in excess of $12,000.

The plaintiff holds Keith Carbin and Terry Forbuss Jr. responsible, because the defendants allegedly negligently drove their vehicles too fast and allegedly changed lanes without keeping a proper lookout.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant in an amount exceeding $25,000, costs and all other relief that are just and appropriate.

He is represented by Ray B. Marglous and Robert S. Merlin of Ray B. Marglous PC in St. Louis.
