Car accident 17

ST. LOUIS – Two individuals allege they were injured when their vehicle was involved in a multi-vehicle accident in St. Louis.

Tommie Williams and Betty Bastin filed a complaint on Nov. 6 in the St. Louis 22nd Judicial Circuit Court against Scott Peterson alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on March 8, they were injured when the defendant rear-ended another vehicle and caused it to collide with their vehicle on Chouteau Avenue in St. Louis. They allege they suffered injuries to their necks, shoulders and other parts of the body and incurred medical expenses and other damages.

The plaintiffs hold Peterson responsible because the defendant allegedly negligently drove at a high rate of speed and without keeping a careful lookout.

The plaintiffs seek judgment in their favor, for a fair and reasonable amount greater than $25,000 for each of them, plus costs and such other relief that is proper and just. They are represented by Matthew J. Sauter of Sauter Sullivan LLC in St. Louis.
