ST. LOUIS – A woman is seeking more than $25,000 from a driver over alleged injuries sustained in a St. Louis collision.

Marilou Connoyer filed a complaint on Nov. 13 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Perdeshia Faulkner alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 1, 2017, she was involved in an automobile collision when defendant struck the rear of her vehicle near the intersection of North Broadway and Christian avenues in St. Louis. She alleges suffered severe injuries to her head, neck, shoulders, arms, hand and chest as a result of the collision.

The plaintiff holds Faulkner responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to keep proper lookout, followed her vehicle more closely and failed to stop her automobile to avoid collision.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant in an amount of more than $25,000, plus costs and all other relief that is proper and just. She is represented by Michael P. Glisson and Taylor Fehrenz of Williamson, Webster, Falb and Glisson in Alton, Illinois.
