ST. LOUIS – A woman is seeking damages from a St. Louis County man over a rear-end collision in St. Louis.

Erin Nash filed a complaint on Nov. 13 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Jerome J. Guest alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Aug. 28, 2017, she was involved in a vehicular accident near the intersection of Goodfellow Boulevard and Lincoln Way Drive when the defendant's vehicle rear-ended hers. She alleges she suffered injuries to her neck, back and right shoulder as a result of the collision.

The plaintiff holds Guest responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay proper attention on the road and failed to stop, swerve or slacken speed to avoid the accident.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant in a fair and reasonable amount, costs and all other relief that is just and proper. She is represented by David Granat and Sean P. Haley of The Granat Law Office LLC in Clayton.
