Car accident 32

ST. LOUIS – A mother and son allege they were injured in an auto accident in St. Louis when another driver sideswiped their care.

Kiere Mack and Kyrek Massey, a minor by and through his mother, Kiere Mack, filed a complaint on Nov. 14 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against John F. Tyler alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on Jan. 29, the plaintiffs were involved in an auto collision when the defendant sideswiped their vehicle on Highway 70. They allege they sustained injuries to their necks, backs and lumbar areas of their bodies as a result of the collision.

The plaintiffs hold Tyler responsible because the defendant allegedly negligently entered plaintiffs' right of way, failed to stay in his lane and failed to keep a careful lookout.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek judgment in their favor in an amount exceeding the jurisdictional limits of the court. They are represented by Lorenzo Hester of The Hester Group LLC in St. Louis.
