ST. LOUIS – Two individuals allege they were injured when a St. Louis driver made an improper turn and caused a collision.

James Wyatt and Andrea Erickson filed a complaint on Nov. 28 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Jessica Arras alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Oct. 23, 2017, Wyatt and Erickson were involved in an auto collision that occurred near the intersection of Chippewa and Sulphur in St. Louis when the defendant turned directly into the plaintiffs' lane of traffic. Wyatt alleges he suffered injuries that will require surgery at a significant costs and Erickson alleges she sustained serious injuries to her neck and right knee.

The plaintiffs hold Arras responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to keep a proper lookout, failed to yield and negligently made an improper turn.
