Rapid Response Roofing and Contracting alleges it is owed nearly $30,000 for work

ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis County contractor alleges it was not paid in full for work it completed on a client's property.

Rapid Response Roofing and Contracting LLC filed a complaint on Nov. 29 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Damon McGhee, HBS Trustees Inc., et al. alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff provided materials and labor to make repairs on defendant McGhee's property in St. Louis. To date, the balance amount of $29,378.87 allegedly remains due and owing. 

The plaintiff holds McGhee, HBS Trustees Inc., et al. responsible because McGhee allegedly failed to pay the amounts owed to the plaintiff.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendants in the amount of $29,378.87, attorney's fees, costs and all other relief that is proper and just. It is represented by Bryan M. Kaemmerer and Boris Kaupp of McCarthy, Leonard & Kaemmerer LC in Town and County.
