Alsco alleges Illinois company owes it more than $26,000 for textile rental agreement

ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis company alleges a Macon County, Illinois breached a textile rental agreement.

Alsco Inc. filed a complaint on Nov. 15 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against From the Farm LLC, doing business as The Gin Mill Decatur, alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that beginning in March 21, it provided the defendant with certain textile rental service in exchange for certain fees and charges. The plaintiff alleges on April 1, the defendant ceased making payments under the terms of the agreement with 256 weeks remaining under the agreement.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant for a sum of $26,294.32, plus interest, costs and all other relief that is just and proper. It is represented by James K. Schleiffarth of Schleiffarth Law Firm LLC in St. Louis.
