Car accident 42

ST. LOUIS – A client of Bryan Cave LLP alleges one of its agents ran over her foot twice in a parking garage.

Kathleen O'Connor filed a complaint on Nov. 26 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Bryan Cave LLP alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on May 21, 2011, she was a client of the defendant and was attempting to get into a vehicle operated by the defendant's agent. She alleges without warning, the agent backed the vehicle over her left foot, drove forward again over it, and the vehicle also struck her right hand. She alleges she sustained injuries resulting in pain and diminished capacity to enjoy life.

The plaintiff holds Bryan Cave LLP responsible because the defendant's employee allegedly failed to maintain a careful lookout and failed to give adequate warning.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant in an amount of more than $25,000, plus costs and all other relief deemed just and proper. She is represented by Brent A. Sumner and Andrew S. Martin of The Sumner Law Group LLC in Clayton.
