ST. LOUIS – A driver alleges he was injured when his vehicle was struck near a St. Louis intersection.

Kevis Hamilton filed a complaint on Nov. 26 in the St. Louis 22nd Judicial Circuit Court against Aafika Rahman alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Oct. 30, 2017, he was injured when defendant hit his automobile at a high rate of speed near the intersection of Newstead and Lindell avenues in St. Louis. He alleges he sustained injuries and incurred medical bills of more than $25,000. 

The plaintiff holds Rahman responsible because the defendant allegedly negligently drove a vehicle at an excessive speed without keeping a proper lookout and failed to yield to the right of way.

The plaintiff seeks damages in an amount of more than $25,000, plus costs, interest and all other relief that is proper and just. He is represented by Matthew J. Sauter of Sauter Sullivan LLC in St. Louis.
