ST. LOUIS – A Michigan-based property management services provider is alleged to have failed to perform its obligations under several agreements it made with owners of apartment buildings.
Waterman Square LLC, et al. filed a complaint on Nov. 19 in the St. Louis 22nd Judicial Circuit Court against Village Green Management Co.-Missouri LLC alleging breach of contract and other counts.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that they contracted the defendant for property management services at their apartment buildings.
The plaintiffs hold Village Green Management Co.-Missouri LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to collect fees from tenants, failed to pursue eviction against tenants who did not pay as agreed, failed to turn over collection claims for property damage and other issues.
The plaintiffs seek judgment against defendant in an amount of more than $25,000, attorney's fees, costs, and all other relief that is just and appropriate. They are represented by Timothy R. Huff and Jennifer L. Kawicki of Niedner, Bodeux, Carmichael & Huff LLP in St. Charles.
