Husch Blackwell’s Ericka Simpson Conner has joined the Board of the Young Friends of Legal Services of Eastern Missouri (LSEM).
Simpson Conner is an associate in the firm’s St. Louis office. She focuses on mergers and acquisitions, governance, compliance, risk mitigation, securities and general corporate matters. She also works with clients on legal compliance and security issues related to crowdfunding and initial coin offerings (ICOs).
Legal Services of Eastern Missouri has provided free civil legal help to more than 1 million low-income families since 1956. The Young Friends are a group of young professionals committed to increasing public awareness of the mission of LSEM within the community and providing volunteer and financial support for the agency.
