ST. LOUIS – An insured driver is seeking damages from his insurance company over a collision with a tractor-trailer in St. Mary.

Loyd Brewster filed a uninsured motorist complaint on Nov. 16 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Geico Casualty Co.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 14, he was injured in an automobile accident due to the negligence of an uninsured tractor-trailer operator on U.S. Highway 61 in St. Mary. At the time of the occurrence, the policy issued by defendant with uninsured motorist coverage was in full force and effect, the suit states. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $25,000, costs, interest and all other relief that is necessary. He is represented by Kurt E. Wolfgram of Wolfgram & Associates PC in St. Louis.
