ST. LOUIS – A man is seeking damages from two St. Louis residents over alleged injuries sustained in two separate collisions.

Robert Shipton filed a complaint on Nov. 21 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Emil Mesinovic and Alexander Diani alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he was injured in two separate accidents in St. Louis on Oct. 13, 2015, and on March 12, 2016, due to the negligence of defendants. He alleges he sustained multiple injuries to his body and incurred damages in the sum of more than $700,000.

The plaintiff holds Mesinovic and Diani responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to maintain a proper and vigilant lookout, failed to operate their vehicles at a safe speed and failed to use evasive maneuvers to avoid the accidents.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against each defendant in an amount greater than $25,000, with interest and costs. He is represented by Reiad M. Khouri of Khouri Law Firm LLC in St. Louis.
