Mitsubishi Lancer owner alleges collision caused more than $9,000 in damages

ST. LOUIS – A driver alleges her vehicle sustained more than $9,000 in damages after a collision in Missouri.

Viola Faulkner filed a complaint on Nov. 28 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Ruth Evans alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 23, 2017, she was driving her Mitsubishi Lancer on McCausland Street when the defendant caused her vehicle to collide with it. She alleges she sustained personal injuries and incurred damages in the sum of $25,000 and her vehicle was damaged in an amount of $9,634.65.

The plaintiff holds Evans responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to avoid striking and colliding with plaintiff's automobile.

The plaintiff seeks judgment in her favor in the amount of $25,000, with costs and all other relief that is proper and just. She is represented by Mark G. McMahon and Michael B. Hill of Law Offices of Mark G. McMahon in Clayton.
