Car accident 42

ST. LOUIS – A Missouri man alleges a driver failed to keep a careful lookout before colliding with his vehicle on Interstate 70.

James Edward Morgan filed a complaint on Dec. 4 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Jacob Andrew Wruble alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 4, 2016, he was injured in a vehicle collision when the defendant struck the rear of his vehicle on I-70. He alleges he sustained serious injuries to his head, neck and back and incurred property damage, diminution in value and loss of use of his vehicle.

The plaintiff holds Wruble responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to maintain a safe distance and failed to keep a proper lookout.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant in an amount greater than $25,000, costs and all other relief that is fair and reasonable. He is represented by Christopher S. Hoffmann of The Hoffmann Law Firm LLC in St. Louis.
