Wunderlich Fibre Box Manufacturing alleges Highland Supply failed to pay outstanding amount

ST. LOUIS – A consumer product and industrial packaging supplier alleges an Illinois company owes more than $80,000.

Wunderlich Fibre Box Manufacturing Co. filed a complaint on Dec. 4 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Highland Supply Co. alleging breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges the defendant is indebted to it for goods, merchandise, services and/or credit.

The plaintiff holds Highland Supply Co. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed and refused to pay the outstanding amount.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant in the amount of $83,781.34, with interest, costs and such other just and proper relief. It is represented by Michael J. Payne of Frankel, Rubin, Klein, Dubin, Siegel & Payne PC in St. Louis.
