ST. LOUIS – Three individuals are seeking damages from a driver over injuries allegedly sustained in an auto accident.
Kuwanua Wells, Spencer Wells and Joseph Zummo filed a complaint on Dec. 6 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Martin Booker alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on Jan. 26, they were injured in an auto collision at or near the intersection of Bircher and Riverview boulevards in St. Louis when the defendant collided with the left side of their vehicle. They allege they sustained injuries resulting in pain and suffering, mental anguish and loss of enjoyment of life.
The plaintiffs hold Booker responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to yield, failed to keep a proper lookout and failed to obey traffic signs.
The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek judgment against defendant in an amount of more than $25,000, with interest, costs and all other relief that is necessary and proper. They are represented by Benjamin J. Sansone of Sansone & Lauber in Clayton.
